Etkilenen cihazlar, belirli API uç noktalarında kullanıcı kimlik doğrulamasını uygun şekilde zorlamamaktadır. Bu durum, kimliği doğrulanmamış bir uzaktan saldırganın kimlik doğrulamasını atlatmasına ve meşru bir kullanıcı gibi davranmasına olanak tanıyabilir. Başarılı bir istismar için saldırganın meşru bir kullanıcının kimliğini öğrenmiş olması gerekir.
